A Commitment to Practical Wisdom
We are a group of dedicated practitioners on four continents who have been providing Integral Coaching® services for over 20 years. Our faculty includes people with backgrounds in sociology, philosophy, psychology, business, cognitive science, anthropology and integral studies. Our methodology has been honed by combining rigorous theory and the practical concerns of everyday people. We work with the entire person so that she has access to her own full potential in working with clients. For us, there is no separation between the development of the coach and the quality of the work they're able to do with clients.
Our mission is to leave everyone who is in contact with us more fulfilled and freer to pursue what's important to them. Our work builds competence, resourcefulness, and lessens the friction and suffering of daily life. We take on the big issues—death, purpose, relationships, meaning—but also the ordinary concerns of time management, finances, and physical well-being.
