ICF Accreditation

Accredited Coach Training Program

Our Professional Coaching Course is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet professional standards for coach training established by the ICF.  Graduation from an accredited program will meet the ICF's requirements for individual coach certification for student contact learning hours, mentor coaching, and passage of an oral and written exam.

Students who complete the Professional Coaching Course are welcome to apply to the ICF for credentialing as an ICF Associate Certified Coach or an ICF Professional Certified Coach, after completing and logging the requisite number of client hours and submitting two letters of recommendation from the New Ventures West faculty and the application fee.

What Our Graduates Are Saying about the Professional Coaching Course
"I am a much better coach as a result of the PCC. My skill in assessing clients and designing appropriate coaching programs has increased significantly. I am more confident in trusting and acting on the information I get from my body when I am with a client, and invariably this leads to more powerful conversations between us. And I have much greater capacity to be both challenging and compassionate in those conversations."
