Coaching for Embodiment

The body as a source of power, resilience, and freedom

Coaching for Embodiment will help you deepen your skill in working somatically with your clients to create immediate, profound, and sustained shifts in how they live and work. Perhaps more so today than in the past, coaches are being asked to create bold openings to more effective and fulfilling ways of being, and to help their clients learn and embody these new ways in the shortest time possible. Coaches are being challenged to focus every coaching conversation on generating tangible value. Working somatically within coaching sessions is one of the most effective ways of accomplishing this.

What to expect

Through 2 1/4 days of experiential practices and group reflection, participants in this class will learn a powerful way to observe the six dimensions of embodiment and a simple methodology for using somatic practices during coaching sessions to generate quick yet lasting shifts in your client's embodied way of being. All classes will be led by Steve March, who is trained in Somatic Bodywork from Strozzi Institute and is a Certified Somatic Coach.
