Graduate Programs
Our vision at New Ventures West is to provide coaching, processes, support and a learning community so that participants fully engage in deepening their personal development, take their place in the world, make their unique contribution, and lead meaningful, peaceful, fulfilled lives. The Professional Coaching Course facilitates significant steps towards actualizing our vision, but does not accomplish all of it. That’s why we’ve always had graduate programs: we know, as you do, that our human unfoldment can continue endlessly and that we frequently feel drawn into this process as a natural way of living.
Many of us have found that each new developmental stage welcomes us into more genuine contact with ourselves, frees us to a wider range of actions and opens new possibilities for meaning and belonging. We also get continuously reminded that we are social, biological and spiritual beings that unfold in our own particular way and in our own particular rhythm.
We have taken all this into account in designing our graduate curriculum.
We are suggesting that the cycle of development, which allows for its integration into all aspects of our lives, has three different components:

The Cycle of Development
We are suggesting that the cycle of development, which allows for its integration into all aspects of our lives, has three different components:
- A time for exploring new topics to discover what is interesting for us at a particular moment or what may be next for us.
- A time for deepening our development in a more intense, focused, longer program.
- A time for integrating our more recent developmental steps across domains of our activities, our relationships, our commitments, our concerns.
All our graduate offerings then, will be in one of these categories: exploring, deepening, integrating.
