An invitation from James...

For two decades now at the beginning of every year, I design and lead a program that explores in depth a topic vital for our development as people, as coaches and as participants in a wider world.

This time we will dive deeply into the roots of our unique creative expression. Many too many of us have erroneously concluded that we are not creative or that our creativity has limits or that our creativity only applies to a small number of topics.

None of this is true and you can find that out for yourself.

The world needs our creativity just now probably more than ever before. By creativity I mean (among many other things):

• Listening to people in a way that they have never been listened to before so that confidence, possibility and connection naturally arise.
• Responding, freshly and spontaneously, in a way that puts you in profound contact with yourself, others and life itself.
• Coming to your problems, challenges, dilemmas with a view, from an angle, guided by subtle dynamic intelligence that resolves them.
• Discovering ways to put into form that which you deeply feel but have not found how to say.
• Unifying your deep caring for people, what will assist the world (even if no one is yet asking for it), your known and unknown skills into a powerful offering.

That's a start anyway.

Extraordinary people attend the program each year, and a huge component in its success is what we bring to each other. The weekend strikes a balance between learning, friendship, fun, rigor and candid looking at what is really true for us.

The program will be followed by a 6-month teleclass that allows us to delve even deeper into course topics. You can be in the teleclass even if you cannot attend the weekend – we've perfected how to do this over the years. No requirement to participate in the teleclass though.

Upon registration, you'll receive a pre-course assignment that will begin the process before we get together so that we can move quickly and seamlessly into the middle of our study.

Purpose: You will uncover and express your vast self-renewing storehouse of creativity.

• You'll be more skillful in moving through your particular barriers to creativity.
• You will open up your listening to yourself and others, leading to more comprehensive and generative actions and responses.
• You will discover ways to integrate your personal history, immediate experience and input from others into your unique expression.
