To begin the path towards Integral Coach® certification, take these steps:
 

Stage 1: Coaching to Excellence

Join Steve March, a senior faculty member with a rich background in corporate work and organizational development, as he leads this transformative two-day workshop. Gain a thorough introduction to the principles and methods of Integral Coaching® through grounded explanation, hands-on experience, and somatic exercises. Stage 2: The Professional Coaching Course

This yearlong class will prepare you for and take you through certification as an Integral Coach. With a personal development plan, a year of coaching from one of the course leaders, a personalized book list, a graduate mentor, and continual feedback from the leaders on your coaching with real clients, this program provides everything you need to ensure your success as an Integral Coach. Tuition: US$12,000 - includes certification process and all classroom sessions, 15 books, materials, and mentor coaching.
