Michelle Harmon Biography Michelle has over 26 years in all sides of the healthcare industry including working for health plans, physician groups, consulting firms, startups, health systems, an executive recruitment company, and Fortune 500 firms. This cross sectional work experience provides her the ability to assess both horizontal and vertical influences that impact both the executive and the organization the executive is attempting to lead. Ms. HarmonÕs health career expertise includes physician management, executive recruitment, vendor negotiations, strategic planning, web services, contract review, and complex relationship strategy for sales and client retention. Michelle is a published health care writer and blogger, and was recently named to BeckerÕs Hospital Review Female Healthcare IT Leader to Know (2018 and 2019) MichelleÕs current role is Senior Partner with H & N Coaching which advises the spectrum of executives in healthcare. At her last role with Ludi, Inc., she was the Chief Strategy Officer driving implementation and account management for a SaaS solution that automated physician payments. Ludi, Inc. began in 2012 and Michelle was an inaugural board member serving as advisor to the CEO and Founder. Michelle was instrumental in creating the LudiÕs largest relationship and mandate to drive a historic sale in 2018. Prior to joining Ludi, she served as Director at Executive Search for BE Smith recruiting executive talent for hospitals. Prior to that she was Vice President of Client Experience at Plan Facts, a startup company.
