Amy-Michelle Jensen
Amy is an Integral Coach dedicated to helping working parents gain loving communication and patience with their school age to teen children so that they find joy and calm in parenting. As a mom of two and more than five years spent teaching elementary school children - privy to parent/child dynamics in a variety of households - Amy has a breadth of knowledge in relationship nuances. She helps her clients uncover the complexity and depth of understanding needed to communicate lovingly and effectively with their children. The result is empowering her clients to be the parents they want to be while creating more harmony and joy in their children and household. As someone who loves the forest and the healing it brings, Amy brings a holistic perspective to her coaching, emphasizing the power of mindfulness and the mind-heart-body connection to achieve greater balance, awareness, and fulfillment. She is known for her ability to create a relatable, safe and calm space for her clients, creating a deeply supportive environment for growth and learning. Her clients appreciate her empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor, as well as her skill in asking powerful questions that encourage self-reflection and insight. Amy's ability to introduce somatics such as Qi Gong, into her sessions, results in a coaching experience that is as profound as it is sustainable.
