About the course

The course looks at many dimensions of working with and being part of groups.
We will:
- Learn six essential competencies to forming a group and supporting it’s natural growth
- Ways of conducting group coaching
- Learn what capacities support us both being in the group and attending to it health
- Methods of understanding and working with power dynamics, multi-layered diversity, resistance
- Explore the inherit nature of opening to the possibility and attending to our own limitations
