My experience in integral coaching and therapy over the past 20 years has given me a deep appreciation of the richness of interpersonal work with clients, of the myriad of multicultural challenges, and of the uniqueness and potential residing in each human being. One of my main areas of focus is feminine leadership and development, both in one-on-one coaching and through the presentation of workshops and seminars on Presence and Leadership. I am a Certified Professional Integral Coach® (PCC NVW) and Academic Director of the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland). I am also a member of Faculty and senior mentor on the coach training programmes run by Centre for Coaching in Europe, South Africa and Australia. Of South African origin, I have been based in Switzerland since 1993 and am fluent in both English and French. I am also an accredited EFT Therapist and Journey Method Practitioner, and work extensively with the Enneagram to support the emergence of greater insights and growth for my clients.
