I blend the science of emotional intelligence, the foundations of IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and Eastern & Western philosophy with Integral Coaching. My practice is informed by my study of somatics as well as my relationship with psychedelic therapy and plant medicine. I work with clients to create more agency in their lives. My clients are seeking growth and development as a leaders, more fulfillment in their career, and a life more closely aligned to their values. Our work together brings a reconnection to their creativity, a deepening of their relationships, practices that support physical & mental well-being, and expanded ownership over their lives. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support.
