Rebecca has been on a journey from numbers to humans - from CPA to MBA to Social Impact Strategist and Entrepreneur to Integral Coach. She is passionate about using numbers to impact humans and bringing humanity to numbers. Too often, she has seen businesses and organizations focus on one or the other, or has seen those functions live separately and siloed within an organization. She knows there is another way, where purpose and human-centeredness drive the numbers, and vice versa. She co-founded The Impact Collective to solve that problem. Through a mix of consulting and coaching, she helps organizations integrate doing good with how they do business, so their social impact drives their business success.
