Jean is a Leadership coach and certified as a Professional Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching and is registered as a Practitioner with COMENSA (Coaching and Mentoring of South Africa) and ICF (international Coaching Federation). Qualified Supervisor of Coaches through the Sandton coaching centre. Currently working on a PhD in Leadership and Coaching. Jean is passionate about help others unlock their full pretention by using coaching. Jean has experience in Business Coaching, Performance Coaching and Life Coaching. Previous Background Jean has been working in the corporate environment for the last 18 years. Holding positions in different segments on the Financial arena like Business Analysis, Internet Marketing Consultant, Sales and Service Coach to the current position as Regional Sales Manager. She has a great deal of experience in facilitating workshops and being involved in change management. During a 5 year duration as a Sales and Service Coach for the retail branch network, she was accredited as an Assessor for coaches by the Bank Seta. Since then she has expanded her coaching and use this experience to get staff to be the best that they can be. Coaching Work Jean has been coaching since 2003 in the corporate space and coaching as an integral coach since completing Associated Coaching in 2008. She has been coaching private individuals as well as business leaders to see their potential.
