Experience/Background
Lisa brings more than 12 years experience in developing individuals, teams and organizations. During that time, she has developed, implemented and managed various programs related to staffing, integration, employee development, team development, management and leadership development, organization development, communications, organizational assessments and strategic planning.
Coaching approach
As a coach, Lisa listens deeply, asks questions, shares observations, and works with each individual to develop practices that help her clients have greater competence, and view themselves more holistically.
Lisa offers an intuitive sense, candor, and support to clients throughout the coaching process to enable her clients to observe, self-correct and practice for lasting improvements.
