Nicole Offerdahl
I have a passion for helping others grow. I started my career as a teacher, teaching math to elementary and middle school students before moving into EdTech. I lived the startup life for over five years, holding a variety of roles across content creation, sales, and management. I came to coaching after feeling stuck about what I wanted next in my career -- I worked with a coach who helped me uncover that the thing that lit me up across all of the jobs I had held was helping others grow. I am fascinated by the liminal - how the moments in between Point A and Point B are often the moments where we learn and grow the most. My coaching style seeks to seize those moments to support clients in cultivating their growth.
I have a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Masters in Education from Arizona State University. I am a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West.
