Ms. ParkerÍs coaching work is grounded in over 18 years of experience in leadership development, organization development, career development, and performance management. She has coached clients in the private sector, federal government, and higher education. Her coaching focuses on helping executives and leaders enhance their overall leadership competency and develop capabilities required to build and lead effective teams, develop future leaders, and build strategic relationships within and outside of their organizations.

She is also qualified to administer and interpret the following instruments; Center for Creative Leadership Assessment Suite (Benchmarks, 360 BY Design, Executive Dimensions, Prospector), PROFILOR, MBTI, FIRO-B. Ms. Parker created and led an award winning Executive Coaching Program ASTD Excellence in Practice Award (2005) for a leading strategy and technology consulting firm and has been published in the Industrial & Commercial Training Journal, Vol. 38 No. 3, 2006 _ Business Impact of Executive Coaching: Demonstrating Monetary Value.
BACKGROUND & OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Parker has worked as an internal consultant, an external consultant, and as a senior leader in a leading strategy and technology consulting firm, so she understands the intricacies of getting things done through others in complex organizational systems. She has led the development of innovative executive development programs for newly hired and tenured executives, and created a Career Planning and Performance Management functional area within a consulting firmÍs Learning & Development center of expertise. Ms. Parker has also delivered and led career coaching and training services for six federal government career management & learning centers, and designed and delivered organization development and leadership programs for several federal government agencies.
