Marcia has spent her life deeply fascinated in humans and their ways of being. After years of experience in the fields of architecture and collaborative project management, she graduated from the Professional Coaching Course in 2022 and has been practicing coaching since then, deepening her interest in bringing a spirit of inquiry to individuals and into workplaces, both in Brazil and abroad. Marcia is now contributing her warmth, sensitivity, and care for meaningful connections to her role at NVW. A lover of nature, she enjoys long beach walks, and whenever possible goes hiking and rock climbing with special friends. She embraces self-expression as a practice artistically through drawings & watercolors, writings & singing lessons.
