Therese is an executive coach, facilitator and strategist with two decades of corporate experience in the U.S. and Asia who brings more than 2,500 hours coaching senior executives and their teams in start-ups, IPOs and Fortune-100 companies across a host of industries in complex global markets. She is President of the coaching and consulting company Being & Becoming and has supervised coaches and spiritual directors for a decade.

Therese believes that each of us has precious talent to offer the world— she helps leaders step more courageously into what they are called to do and be, and to elicit the best from their teams. Therese’s upbringing and extensive work and travel abroad have cultivated in her a deep cultural sensitivity and awareness. In addition, she speaks three languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
