Angella Okawa
Angella Okawa, PCC brings a vast background in early-stage tech startups, design, marketing and engineering to her coaching, facilitation, and workshops. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she specializes in helping people decode the invisible patterns that block leaders and their teams from thriving in today’s complexity and systemic challenges. In addition to being an Integral Coach, Angella is a lay Zen monk studying with Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi in the Two Arrows Zen Sangha. She is also a graduate of the Hakomi Method, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a certified Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, and an EMCC Accredited Individual Team Coach. Her most impactful training was Diane Hamilton's Real LIFE Facilitator program, where she now serves on staff.

In her practice she helps leaders develop what she calls "embodied flexibility"—the capacity to stay centered while fully engaged with challenge. Her clients learn to understand not just what needs to shift at any given moment, but how to embody that shift in real time. Her approach integrates contemplative wisdom with somatic psychology, helping clients move beyond surface solutions to lasting transformation.

Angella's warmth and genuine curiosity create the safety needed for deep exploration, whether working with individual executives navigating transitions or teams seeking better cohesion. She has worked with clients in the private and non-profit sectors, federal and state government, and higher education. When not supporting clients, Angella can be found hiking in the redwoods, sitting zazen in southern Utah, practicing Internal Martial Arts, or playing legos with her nephew. She lives in San Francisco, CA.
