I am a certified Integral Development Coach supporting clients in their personal and professional development through a holistic and empowering approach that enables them to move forward with a greater sense of clarity, potential and purpose. Having worked in leadership roles in a variety of global organisations in seven countries across three continents, I came to understand that human interconnectedness transcends culture and language. Even without a common language, we are always communicating something as we act in certain ways. This is often driven by our beliefs, assumptions and behaviours, many of which evolve from the environment we grow up in and are largely habitual. As an opening for deeper awareness arises, I enable clients to discern whether these habitual actions serve them and, with practice, to shift the underlying drivers and develop more supportive skills and competencies. Within the corporate environment, in the key spheres of Team Leadership and Change Management, I work with clients to improve personal, team and organizational effectiveness to drive sustained superior performance.
