Creating possibilities for people has been my mission in life. Whether evolving organizational systems and processes to build fairer talent processes, integrating inclusive leadership capabilities that drive innovative inclusive cultures or coaching and advising leaders on their efforts to build thriving teams, opening people up to new ways of thinking and being has been a constant thread.   For over twenty years, this purpose has inspired me to explore multiple industries and taken me around the world. As a Global Inclusion Executive, I’ve worked with companies such as IFF, Cisco, and Johnson & Johnson. At these organizations I built a reputation as a thought leader, trusted advisor, mentor and coach to business, HR and Inclusion professionals at multiple levels. This includes serving as a member of the EDGE Foundation’s technical advisory committee to evolve gender equity standards globally.   As an outgrowth of my passion for unleashing possibilities for people, I’ve launched a coaching and consulting practice. I am a certified Integral Coach and certified administrator and coach for the IL360™, a multi-rater inclusive leadership assessment.
