I qualified as an integral development coach in July 2026. Previously I had a 25 year career as a consultant anaesthetist and medical leader with the National Health Service. Of those 30 years for over 16 years I have held a variety of leadership roles culminating in 5 years as the Chief Medical Officer at The Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow. I am passionate about supporting leaders who work in public service. I regard that domain as extreme leadership and I very much wish to focus my leadership coaching on supporting those colleagues to lead successfully, compassionately and impactfully for the benefit of themselves and their organisations.
