Good day, I'm Régis.

I am a French national.

A graduate in Political Science and Political Communications, I spent over fifteen years working alongside mayors of major cities—primarily as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff—coordinating complex projects at the highest level. Notably, I managed the organization of the Franco-German Council of Ministers in 2016, followed by the mobilization of civil society for the G7 Environment Ministers’ Meeting in 2019.

During this first chapter of my career, I experienced both successes and setbacks. I crossed paths with exceptional professionals, for whom I hold deep gratitude. I learned a great deal, above all reinforcing my conviction that the human and collective dimensions of work are precious and sources of fulfillment.

I also experienced professional burnout, prompting me to seek a different alignment and to reexamine my relationship with work—while remaining convinced that work remains a key to self-actualization and a source of profound joy.

For all these reasons, I founded STOA; I trained in integral development coaching with the British institute Thirdspace Coaching. This ensures an ethical framework and a proven methodology.

Furthermore, I am fully equipped to support my clients in both English and French.

I am the father of two children, and this role—the most important of all—is for me an essential source of curiosity regarding everything that is human within us.
