Emmy has an unconventional path as a wilderness guide and social entrepreneur that grounds their coaching in resilience and presence. Emmy partners with leaders navigating transition, burnout, and the pull toward more purposeful leadership, helping them build the strategies, teams, and cultures that reflect what they believe.
