About My Work For nearly 30 years as a leader in Human Resources, my work has centered on supporting people through complexity, challenge, and change. Coaching represents a natural next chapter, allowing for deeper presence, reflection, and partnership. I am a Certified Integral Coach®, having completed the Professional Coaching Course through New Ventures West. Integral Coaching works with the whole person — mind, body, emotions, relationships, and the narratives that shape how we experience the world. Rather than focusing only on insight or problem-solving, we work directly with patterns as they show up in lived experience, including somatic (body-based) and relational dimensions. Clients describe me as steady, thoughtful, and deeply present. I create space to slow down, see clearly, and reconnect with your own wisdom. My role is not to provide answers, but to walk alongside you as you experiment with new, sustainable ways of being that align with who you are. A core intention of my work is that you complete the engagement more self-generating, self-correcting, and self-sustaining — able to carry your growth forward long after our work together ends.
