I am a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West with a Bachelors in Classics and History and a Masters in Classics and Classical Languages, Literature, and Linguistics. I bring the methodology of Integral Coaching to design programs that are deeply intuitive and attuned to my clients’ ways of being and openings for change. I fold in my training in Classics — an interdisciplinary and humanistic study that spans language, linguistics, philosophy, history, literature, sociology, and more — through the use of poetic and intentional language, metaphor, and storytelling to invite clients into fresh perspectives on their lives and experiences. In addition, through years of deep study of the Tarot that remains ongoing, I bring the language of symbolism and imagery, archetypes, the metaphysical, and non-denominational spirituality to my practice.
