Sarah loves working with courageous people to create magic in work and life. After more than 10 years of agile and leadership experience (first as a scrum master, then a full-time agile coach), she then expanded her skills to include professional integral coaching. She works full-time as an internal Enterprise Agile Coach within a large, global corporation while also working with a small number of individual professional coaching clients. Sarah meets clients key moments of opportunity (also known as kairos moments), offering the experience of being truly seen and supported as clients step into courage, turning their desires into reality.
