Celia (CC) Durall is a leadership and integral coach, interpreter and retired Executive with a global mindset honed during a 35 year career in defense and human resources. Her career focus has been on examining how individuals and groups interact with others and how organizations and people adapt in a complex and rapidly changing global environment. She offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and meet what is real in you through conversation, breath and embodied inquiry.

She is devoted to supporting individuals at any stage of life (starting or shifting career, arrival of new family member, retirement) leveraging her cross-cultural proficiency, linguistic expertise and coaching skills to create transformational results. Among her education achievements, she earned certificates in leadership and integral coaching, polarity management and adult stages of development as well as becoming an ICF ACC certified Executive coach. Throughout her career, she has conceived and managed cross-community programs that have provoked institutional change and promoted community building within the workforce. She helps clients develop in every dimension of life – mental, emotional, physical and relational – by uncovering the deeper patterns shaping their choices and building new capacities for lasting change.

Her familiarity and understanding of French speaking cultures, particularly in France and Canada, have been developed over a lifetime of professional and personal interactions. She has a natural ability to work with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as she has spent time living, studying and working outside the US.

An avid swimmer, hiker and skier, CC enjoys being in nature to rejuvenate and meditate.
