A main areas of focus for me as an Integral Coach is feminine leadership and development, both in one-on-one coaching and through the presentation of workshops and seminars on Presence and Leadership. My experience in integral coaching and therapy over the past 20 years has given me a deep appreciation of the richness of interpersonal work with clients, of the myriad of multicultural challenges, and of the uniqueness and potential residing in each human being. I am a Certified Professional Integral Coach® (PCC NVW) and Academic Director of the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland). I am also a member of Faculty and senior mentor on the coach training programmes run by Centre for Coaching in Europe, South Africa and Australia. Of South African origin, I have been based in Switzerland since 1993 and am fluent in both English and French. I am also an accredited EFT Therapist and Journey Method Practitioner, and work extensively with the Enneagram to support the emergence of greater insights and growth for my clients.
