Karen is founder and principal coach at Aznoian Leadership Development, an organization dedicated to the evolution of leaders for the sake of achieving sustainable change.
After many years of working as a senior leader consulting to executives within an organization, Karen experienced a turning point when business travel made her an eye witness to the unfolding events of 9/11 in NYC. This profound experience inspired her to pursue, without delay, her dream of creating a consulting practice. Working with people in a more personal and powerful way became her mission.
As an executive coach and consultant with 25+ years experience in senior leadership roles, Karen has a passion for leading complex organizational change initiatives through a combination of skillful coaching and deep business competence. Clients appreciate and benefit from her keen mind, courageous heart and unyielding commitment to getting results.
Karen also leads programs for women leaders and professional coaches and offers Women’s Circles of Development.
Karen practices what she teaches in her own life. She understands the complexities of balancing meaningful work, parenting and community involvement. She serves on the board of a Montessori School and is an active member of local organizations in her hometown. She consistently pursues her own development and evolution and strives to live an integral life.
