Originally from the warm climes of South Africa, Amanda joined Thirdspace, NVW’s partners in London, after a 20 year career in corporate HR. It was there she discovered her particular delight in supporting individuals and teams to thrive and grow.  She now dedicates her energy to coaching, facilitating and supervising in organizations across a wide range of sectors, and serving as a Mentor Coach in the Professional Coaching Course.

Amanda is the Founder and Principle at Cultivate, a Coaching and People Development practice and holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Cape Town. She lives in London with her husband and two sons.
