Cyrus brings 25+ years of leadership and management experience in multiple domains, including biotech, IT, and financial services, and has been dedicated to humanizing the workplace. His focus includes coaching and leadership development with individuals and teams. He is passionate about working with leaders at all levels to align with their purpose and become full expressions of themselves, especially as they are going through transition. As an Integral Coach, Enneagram instructor, and facilitator of men’s development groups, he is deeply committed to awakening new possibilities for everyone he partners with.

Cyrus enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.  He also loves hiking, being in nature, and making connections between spiritual traditions, cultures, and music from around the world.
