Dawn Brown brings over 25 years of leadership, coaching and organizational consulting experience to leaders and teams in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Previously she worked in various leadership roles for Pacific Bell and has done extensive work with executives and managers in other technology, customer service and training organizations. Her coaching style is a blend of inquiry, rigor, and compassion. She helps clients transition from manager to leader, increasing their effectiveness as they learn to navigate within political infrastructures, to improve their ability to delegate effectively, and to be more collaborative.

Dawn lives in Laguna Niguel, California, and enjoys spending time with her three adult children and four grandchildren. She loves the ocean and being in nature and is an avid Pilates practitioner.
