Erica has coached at all organizational levels from emerging leaders to c-suite executives, with expertise in designing, leading, and delivering corporate leadership development programs and courses. For the past 15 years she has served as an internal consultant and leader within the Federal government. Erica’s ability to listen, connect deeply, and offer a safe space invites clients into a rich and useful engagement. She honors her commitments to clients by providing the information and observations needed for their growth and development.

Erica has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. She lives in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, with her husband and two children. She loves long hikes in all seasons, family baking traditions, and good books.
