Erin brings a passion for creating welcoming spaces, building connections, and keeping the details running smoothly behind the scenes so NVW’s coaches and clients can stay focused on human development. With over 20 years of experience in office management and operations, she thrives on bringing organization, warmth, and a can-do attitude to everything she does. She’s excited to put that experience to New Ventures West because she knows that every great gathering lives in the details. Originally from Connecticut, Erin moved to California and quickly became obsessed with San Francisco, which she proudly calls home. Outside of work, she loves exploring the city, chasing coastal views from NorCal to SoCal, and cheering on her favorite team, the Golden State Valkyries. Go Valks!
