Julie has three decades of experience as an executive coach, organization development consultant, facilitator and trainer. She is a Senior Fellow at the Lewis Institute for Social Innovation at Babson College. She has also been an Adjunct Faculty member and Senior Research Associate at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, and a faculty member with the School of Visual Arts Master’s in Design for Social Innovation. She has a BA from Tufts University and an MA and PhD in Sociology from Boston College. Her dissertation was published as a book, Talking Trash: The Cultural Politics of Daytime TV Talk Shows. 

Julie is a longtime student of the Diamond Approach and loves to dance, read, and run. She has three grown sons and lives with her partner and a very active pup. Learn more about Julie.
