Phetsile is an executive coach, facilitator and consultant committed to finding innovative ways to make coaching accessible in wider contexts. Since 2015 she has been coaching managers and executives across corporate South Africa. She has facilitated leadership development programs and initiatives to build team effectiveness, designed and implemented graduate and personal development programs, and sits on the boards of several organizations.

Prior to moving into the coaching and consulting space, Phetsile worked for over 19 years in the development finance industry, promoting financial inclusion across Africa. She has a bachelor’s degree in social science and an MBA from Durham Business School in the UK. She lives in Johannesburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys long scenic hikes and reflective spaces, creative arts and music.
