Uzma is a UC Berkeley Technology Management graduate, and Bay Area native with a passion for continuous learning and development. As the first generation in her family to get into higher education, she navigated her educational and professional journey with little guidance, which triggered her to seek to offer mentorship and resources to others in similar situations. This drive is one of the reasons the role of Event and Customer Care Coordinator at New Ventures West excites her. In her free time, Uzma enjoys traveling to Europe, NYC, Chicago and beyond, spending time with friends and family across the globe, playing with her two cats, Bubbly and Draco, and exploring new foods and restaurants she discovers on TikTok.
