The Three-Dimensional Advantage
An advanced intensive for experienced consultants, coaches, and senior leaders
You’ve read the books, consulted trusted advisors, and gathered an impressive toolkit. Yet in the rooms that matter most, you still sometimes ask yourself:
– “What is actually going on here?”
– “Why isn’t this landing, even though I’m doing all the ‘right’ things?”
– “What is the move that will really shift this/make an impact?”
This intensive is built for those moments. It develops your instrument—your ability to see, feel, and sense the full reality of the moment—so you can act with precision and power.
Early Bird – Save $200 – ends February 15

Outcomes
What you’ll be able to do
By the end of this intensive, you will be able to:
- See through complexity. In high‑stakes meetings and conversations, distinguish the few dynamics that truly matter from the noise, so you can stop over‑intervening and start acting precisely.
- Read the room across three levels. Track what is happening in you, between people, and in the larger system at the same time – and know where to intervene for the biggest shift.
- Lead conversations that actually transform. Move beyond “good coaching questions” and “best‑practice facilitation” into conversations where people feel deeply seen, tensions ease, and new possibilities emerge.
- Act from a steadier foundation. Rely less on effort and technique, more on a grounded way of being that makes your presence itself a stabilizing, catalytic force.
- Create alignment without forcing. Generate the conditions where people orient around what matters and move forward with energy, rather than compliance or quiet resistance.
When you shift at the level of WHO you are, it automatically changes WHAT you do and HOW you do it.

Who this is (and isn’t) for
This intensive is designed for experienced practitioners who already have a solid foundation and are ready for depth.
This is for you if:
- You are a consultant, coach, senior leader, or manager working in complex, high‑stakes environments.
- You feel the limits of your current approaches – you can sense there is more going on than you can yet see or name.
- You want greater ease and impact, not just more effort, hustle, or technique.
- You care deeply about your clients, teams, and organizations, and are willing to work at the level of who you are, not just what you do.
This is probably not for you if:
- You are looking for quick tips, scripts, or a new set of tools to add on top of your current way of operating.
- You are early in your career and still building basic skills in coaching, facilitation, or leadership.
- You are not currently engaged in work where you can directly apply what you are learning between sessions.
Free webinar: “Divergent Actions: Make the Move That Changes the Room”
A 90-minute live session where we’ll unpack the first lever—how to interrupt patterns and shift what’s possible in high-stakes moments. You’ll leave with a practice you can use immediately.
Why “three-dimensional” development matters
Integrated Three-Dimensional Development
Most development focuses on one or two dimensions: your skills, or your mindset. This intensive develops you across three integrated dimensions at once:
- Self (your instrument). Your cognitive, emotional, and somatic capacities, including how you integrate analytical precision with holistic, intuitive, and relational perception.
- Relational (your work with others). How you attune to others, track subtle cues, and shape conversations and relationships in real time.
- System (the wider field). Your ability to sense and work with the dynamics of teams, organizations, and stakeholder systems beyond what anyone is explicitly naming.
These are capabilities you practice live, with your actual situations, so they begin to operate automatically in your work.
A brief illustration
A CEO came to us doing everything “right” in conversations – asking for input, creating space, offering support – yet people still felt unheard. The lever wasn’t better questions. It was developing his capacity to genuinely receive and be impacted by others. As that capacity shifted, his presence changed; the team began to relax and open. Years later, he still names that shift as the catalyst that continues to compound.

Structure & Experience
16.5 hours over 3 months – virtual
Phase 1: Foundation – Developing your instrument
March 18–19, 2026 · 9:00am–1:00pm Pacific each day
You will:
- Experience your current “three‑dimensional” profile
- Work with how you integrate analytical, sequential thinking with holistic, intuitive, and relational perception.
- Build emotional attunement and embodied awareness so you can stay grounded and clear, even under pressure.
- Begin practicing reading what is happening at multiple levels (self, relationship, system) in real time.
Phase 2: Practice & integration – Live practicums on your real work
Three 90‑minute calls
- Call 1 – Your instrument in action (March 24, 2026). Apply first‑dimension principles to current situations where your own habits, reactions, or blind spots are limiting your effectiveness.
- Call 2 – Relational work (April 7, 2026). Work with challenging stakeholders, clients, and teams. Practice new ways of being and intervening in relationships that matter.
- Call 3 – System‑level work (April 21, 2026). Bring complex, multi‑stakeholder or organizational patterns you can’t quite see clearly. Practice reading the field and intervening where it will have the most leverage.
Between sessions, you will be applying what you are learning in actual meetings, conversations, and engagements – not in simulations.
Phase 3: Synthesis & next moves
May 8, 2026 · 9:00am–1:00pm Pacific
You will:
- Integrate all three dimensions into a coherent way of working.
- Identify your specific high‑leverage practices going forward.
- Design how you will continue to develop these capacities over the next 6–12 months, within your real roles and engagements.
