Structure & Experience
Phase 1: Foundation (March 12-13, 9am-1pm each day)
Half-Day 1: Developing Your Instrument
Introduction to three-dimensional development and deep dive into the first dimension: your own multi-intelligences. You’ll work with how you integrate left-brain and right-brain capacities, develop emotional attunement, and cultivate embodied awareness.
Half-Day 2: Working with Others & Reading the System
Exploration of relational skillfulness and field perception through experiential exercises. You’ll practice reading what’s happening at multiple levels and work with real-world scenarios from the group.
Phase 2: Practice & Integration (Three 90-minute calls)
Call 1 (March 25): Practicum on Your Instrument
Application of first dimension principles to your actual work.
Call 2 (April 13): Practicum on Relational Work
Application of second dimension principles to your actual work.
Call 3 (April 23): Practicum on System-Level Work
Application of third dimension principles to your actual work.
Phase 3: Synthesis & Mastery (May 8, 9am-1pm)
Integration across all three dimensions and pathway toward continued mastery in your practice.

About the facilitator
Adam Klein, Managing Partner, New Ventures West
Adam brings 20 years of experience developing leaders, consultants, and coaches across Fortune 500 organizations including Salesforce, Google, and Johnson & Johnson. As Managing Partner and Faculty at New Ventures West, he draws on four decades of organizational lineage in integral development methodology. He serves as Executive Coach for Stagen’s Integral Leadership programs and Senior Family Consultant with The Williams Group.
Adam’s work is grounded in a simple premise: who you are determines what you can accomplish. His approach integrates cognitive precision (M.S., Mechanical Engineering), entrepreneurial innovation (former CEO of IT consulting firm), and embodied practice (ultra-marathoner, contemplative practitioner). He has facilitated hundreds of multi-day intensives and thousands of one-on-one coaching hours, consistently working at the intersection of pragmatic effectiveness and transformational depth.
