Engaged Pathway

For the Engaged Pathway, we orient towards integration (vs a theme). The Inner critic, a body, relationships, and being part of a group are all dimensions of our life. We are the unifying thread. Each program offers the space to turn toward these particular aspects of ourselves and more fully, integrating them.

The Engaged Pathway is a year-long program. We run two cohorts per year,

April – March
October – September

There are two layers supporting the community container. The first are the kick-off, integration and completion sessions. These will facilitate establishing and deepening the cohort relationships. Additionally, there will be small pod groups designed for more close-in contact and relational connectivity.

Integration and community are central principles guiding the Engaged Pathway.

Yes. If you are not a graduate of NVW, please contact our graduate department to discuss the possibility of joining.

Our courses mostly take place virtually (Pacific Time), with 1-2 exceptions throughout the year. For example, “Untether Your Voice”, on October 10-11, 2025, is an in-person (SF) class.

In order to maintain the standards of excellence and rigor that the New Ventures West certification represents, we ask that our certified Integral Coaches® renew their certification each year. For more information about recertification, please visit our Graduate Portal.

Yes, you are welcome to sign up for individual advanced courses as a Community member or a non-member. You can see our full range of advanced courses here.

Your monthly membership fee includes all advanced graduate courses offered during your enrollment year.

When you sign up to become an Engaged Pathway member, you are committing to a year-long membership. You will be billed $250 per month for 12 months. There are no early cancellations.

There is no financial commitment to participate in the Connected Pathway outside of individual course tuition.
