Deepen your practice in relationship, community, and shared transformation
Development happens in relationship. We need each other to support ourselves in our ongoing growth as coaches and as human beings.
Group Mentor Coaching creates a unique learning container where you’ll witness and participate in live coaching work guided by New Ventures West faculty. In each two-hour session, two participants volunteer to bring a topic they’re working with—this might be a challenge with a coaching client, an issue they’re navigating in their own life, or an aspiration they’re moving toward.
Through skillful inquiry and an integral approach, the faculty coach will work with each volunteer to deepen their understanding and design ways forward. But here’s what makes this format so powerful: while the coaching focuses on one person’s particular situation, we all find ourselves in the midst of what’s being explored. Even though one person is bringing something forth, everyone gets to be changed.
You’ll observe how to work with a broad range of topics and practices. You’ll see inquiry in action. And you’ll discover how to weave your own development into the learning by witnessing others in their process.

An expanded and deepened skill set around inquiry. Practice working with diverse topics through an integral lens. New reflections on your own coaching and development. And perhaps most importantly, the experience of how much we can learn from being present to one another’s work.

This program is open to anyone interested in deepening their coaching practice or their own personal development. You can bring a topic about a coaching client you’re working with, or you can bring your own developmental questions. Both are welcome.Retry
