Deepen your understanding of trauma within the professional coaching context

“An Integral Approach to Trauma” offers a foundational five-week journey designed for coaches seeking to deepen their understanding of trauma within the professional coaching context.

This course bridges the gap between coaching boundaries and trauma-informed care, providing practitioners with the clarity needed to identify trauma patterns, navigate the complexities of client work safely, and discern when a referral to other professionals is necessary.

By synthesizing the Integral Framework with established trauma frameworks, participants will learn how to cultivate coaching relationships that are truly supportive of healing.

Beyond technical knowledge, this course is just as much about you as it is about your clients. We focus on the essential work of practitioner self-regulation, providing you with the tools to work with your own patterns and manage your nervous system when trauma arises.

Through a blend of learning, self-reflection, and practice, you will build greater capacity in your sessions. In addition, you will join a supportive community of peers, using case consults and shared experiences to build sustainable, trauma-informed practices that serve both your clients and your own well-being.
