The spark of Integral Coaching builds into a fire during the Professional Coaching Course. Our cohort enabled Graduate Engaged Pathway provides graduates and certified coaches an ongoing container fueling ongoing depth and integration.
You will continue awakening to essential elements of who you are and increase your capacity for meeting all the dimensions of your life.

Whether you are a coach, envisioning the future, working in-house, starting your own business, or just being – exactly as you are – we welcome you!
About the pathway
Enhanced capacity and skillfulness for all of life.
The cohort experience forms the central strand running through the yearlong pathway and is structures as such:
- Kick-Off Session in October
- Three mid-year integration sessions
- A completion session in September 2027
- Advanced programs
These community sessions are the mainstay where we invite everyone to participate. They will be a place to integrate learning and deepen relationship.
Upon registration you will select the graduate courses you would like to participate in for the duration of the year. The courses for the October 2026 Graduate Engaged Pathway from which you will select are listed below.
Some helpful considerations:
- While you’re welcome to participate in all of the courses, the intention with the Graduate Engaged Pathway is for you to curate a journey that aligns with your interests and capacity. Thus, it is not required that you participate in every course on offer.
- If for any reason, you cannot participate in the Graduate Engaged Pathway but would like to be in a supportive developmental container, you have the option to register for the cohort as a standalone experience.

FAQ
For the Graduate Engaged Pathway, we orient towards integration (vs a theme). We are the unifying thread. Each program offers the space to turn toward these particular aspects of ourselves and more fully, integrating them.
The Graduate Engaged Pathway is a year-long offer. We run two cohorts per year:
April – March
October – September
There are two layers supporting the community container. The first are the kick-off, integration and completion sessions. These will facilitate establishing and deepening the cohort relationships. Additionally, there will be small pod groups designed for more close-in contact and relational connectivity.
Integration and community are central principles guiding the Graduate Engaged Pathway.

Yes. If you are not a graduate of NVW, please contact our graduate department to discuss the possibility of joining.
Our courses mostly take place virtually (Pacific Time), with 1-2 exceptions throughout the year. For example, our Living More Unified Residential Retreat on February 10-11, 2027 is an in-person (San Daminiano) gathering.
In order to maintain the standards of excellence and rigor that the New Ventures West certification represents, we ask that our certified Integral Coaches® renew their certification each year. For more information about recertification, please visit our Graduate Portal.
Yes, you are welcome to sign up for individual advanced courses as a Community member or a non-member. You can see our full range of advanced courses here.
Your monthly membership fee includes advanced graduate courses offered within the Graduate Engaged Pathway during your enrollment year.
When you sign up to become a Graduate Engaged Pathway member, you are committing to a year-long membership. You will be billed $315 per month for 12 months (or lump sum payments are also available as per your preference). There are no early cancellations.
