Engaged Pathway

For the Engaged Pathway, we orient towards integration (vs a theme). The Inner critic, a body, relationships, and being part of a group are all dimensions of our life. We are the unifying thread. Each program offers the space to turn toward these particular aspects of ourselves and more fully, integrating them.

The Engaged Pathway is a year-long program, running from October 2024 to September 2025, with a second cohort beginning April 2025 – March 2026. It will be offered bi-yearly going forward, with overlapping cohorts depending on your preferred time to join the program.

There are two layers supporting the community container. The first are the kick-off, integration and completion sessions. These will facilitate establishing and deepening the cohort relationships. Additionally, there will be small pod groups designed for more close-in contact and relational connectivity.

Integration and community are central principles guiding the Engaged Pathway.

Our courses will mostly take place virtually (Pacific Time) with the exception of the Advanced Somatics class’ optional in person session on Dec 13, 2024; and “Living More Unified: Deepening in the Relational and Integrating Streams” course beginning August 2025 (dates to be confirmed).

In order to maintain the standards of excellence and rigor that the New Ventures West certification represents, we ask that our certified Integral Coaches® renew their certification each year. For more information about recertification, please visit our Graduate Portal.

Yes, you are welcome to sign up for individual advanced courses as a Community member or a non-member. You can see our full range of advanced courses here.

Our graduate memberships are intended to build on the experience and knowledge base established in your PCC, and are only available for people who are Certified Integral Coaches® through New Ventures West OR have completed the pre-requisite.

Your monthly membership fee includes all advanced graduate courses offered during your enrollment year.

When you sign up to become an Engaged Pathway member, you are committing to a year-long membership. You will be billed $225 per month for 12 months. There are no early cancellations.

There is no financial commitment to participate in the Connected Pathway outside of individual course tuition.
